I wanted to take this opportunity to inform you that OC Public Works will remove and replace the guardrails at two bridge locations on Brea Boulevard in unincorporated Orange County, near the City of Brea from June 24, 2019 - August 19, 2019. In an effort to reduce the impact on area motorists, all work activity will be performed at night (between 7:30 pm – 5 am) outside of typical peak hours. Motorists traveling through the project area will experience slow moving traffic and lane closures during regular working hours. Additionally, the posted speed limit will be reduced to 45 MPH during working hours as a safety precaution.
