Supervisor Doug Chaffee, Fourth District

July 19, 2019

I would like to take this opportunity to inform you of OCTA’s upcoming Bike Adventure workshops. OC Bike Adventures feature a series of bike skills classes to help you ride safely, confidently, and aims to help reduce the number of injuries and collisions for bicyclists.

Three levels of classes for all riders will be offered in cities throughout Orange County. Each will be unique and include a fun ride to explore the communities. The first workshop will be taking place in the Fourth District in the City of La Habra tomorrow on Saturday, July 20th. The second workshop will be taking place in the Fourth District in the City of Fullerton on Saturday, August 3rd. Participants can sign up for one or more classes. All students will receive a new bicycle helmet and bike lights.

Classes are $10 each* and include a new helmet, bike lights and lunch! Sign up for 3 or more and get a free class and bike lock!

*Scholarships are available on a first come, first served basis. Reservation in class and payment is required. If you are selected for a scholarship, your class fee will be returned at class. For more information, please see the flyer below. To register for the classes, please visit this link.
