I am excited to announce that my office is accepting nominations for the Orange County Fourth District Kindness Awards. The Fourth District Kindness Awards will honor individuals who have displayed exceptional kindness or community service in the Fourth Supervisorial District Cities.

If you know anyone that works, lives, serves, and/or volunteers in the cities of Brea, Fullerton, La Habra, Placentia, Anaheim, or Buena Park that have displayed exceptional kindness or community service, please nominate them for the award. My office will be accepting nominations until September 30, 2019.

Before sending in the nomination, please confirm that the nominee qualifies for the Fourth District Kindness Award by visiting the Orange County Registrar of Voters’ website and entering the address of where the nominee works, lives, serves, and/or volunteers.

If the address is within the Fourth District, you will see “4th Supervisorial District > Doug Chaffee” listed under the right-side “Elected Officials” column. Please see the example that I have provided below.
