As a reminder, my office is accepting applications for Orange County Fourth District Kindness Awards until next Monday, September 30. The Kindness Awards will honor individuals who have displayed exceptional kindness or community service in the Fourth Supervisorial District Cities.

If you know anyone that works, lives, serves, and/or volunteers in the cities of Brea, Fullerton, La Habra, Placentia, Anaheim, or Buena Park that have displayed exceptional kindness or community service, please nominate them for the award.

Before sending in the nomination, please confirm that the nominee qualifies for the Kindness Award by visiting the Orange County Registrar of Voters’ website and entering the address of where the nominee works, lives, serves, and/or volunteers.

If the address is within the Fourth District, you will see “4th Supervisorial District > Doug Chaffee” listed under the right-side “Elected Officials” column. Please see the example that I have provided below.
