OC Supervisor Katrina Foley, 2nd District
July 2, 2021 Volume 1 Issue 14
Dear Neighbor:

Dear Neighbor:

Happy Independence Day!

This year, our celebration takes on a new meaning as we reopen and celebrate our independence from Covid19 protocols and restrictions.

This week our OC Health Care Agency announced that 70% of Orange County residents age 18 and older have now received at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine, reaching a huge milestone for the CountyIn District 2 we hit 72% of all adults with at least one shot! Let’s keep working to increase those vaccination rates so we can all get back to living our best lives.

We kicked off the 4th of July weekend in Huntington Beach today opening the Huntington Beach Festival and carnival

To help you celebrate, please see below some key in-person events across the district, and some virtual options as well.

Happy Independence Day! Please stay healthy, call for a ride if you celebrated too much, and only support safe and sane fireworks.
