When in doubt, for emergencies, call 9-1-1! When dialed from a cell phone, 9-1-1 calls are directed to local law enforcement.

For other County locations, the area's local law enforcement dispatch number would be the important number. Again, when in doubt, in an emergency dial 9-1-1.
